"Does Jesus live in my heart?

"Does Jesus live in my heart?" was the question Grant asked as I was tucking him in tonight. We had a lengthy discussion about where Jesus lives and after this Grant decided he was ready to ask Jesus to live in his heart! This is one of the most exciting moments I can think of experiencing as a parent.
Grant's biggest concern when he was done praying: making sure his little brother, Cole, could do the same thing tomorrow night! A little more discussion allowed him to understand that, hopefully, Cole will do the same thing when he is ready.

My Inspiration

Never would I thought I would start my own blog, but thanks to my longtime friend (yes, you Tiberi!) I have been inspired.
For a few years I have kept a journal by my bed to write down the funny, the sad and the mile markers in my kid's lives; but after reading 'Just a bunch of Falderal' for sometime, I have decided that I can do better than a journal next to my bed.
So, boys, this is for you (and someday your wives) to read, laugh and cry about for many years to come!
